Mould Town Accelerates Construction of "Useless and Unused" Land Projects

Not long ago, the land for industrial projects that was “not available for use” in the mold town was implemented, and the four settled companies started smoothly.

At the construction site of the new factory of Bosen Mould Co., Ltd. located in Mould Town, two large pile drivers are under intense construction. From the beginning of June to the present, more than 300 foundation piles have all been driven in, and pile foundation construction is currently under way.

The new plant area of Bosen Mould Co., Ltd. covers an area of about 20 acres. In early 2016, the company got this piece of industrial land through bidding and auction. Because some policy processing problems, companies are looking for construction units, the progress of the tender process is somewhat slow, resulting in taking the land for a long time there was no construction.

This year, after the “industrialization, non-use, and non-use” industrial projects in our district were opened, a special working group was set up in the Mould Town Construction Command. And the new front street to focus on breakthroughs in these two types of issues and help companies complete the approval process, entering the construction as soon as possible.

The working group entered the village and entered the household, talked about the policy and actively negotiated with the factory and the village committee to find out the difficulties and tackle the difficult points. Finally, the difficult issues of policy disposal and collection were solved in the first half of the year, so that the factory could normally enter the market construction.

Boson mold construction person in charge said that after another 20 days of reinforcement piles completed, the main project construction will be fully started. The main project of the plant will be completed by the end of the year and will be put into use in the first half of next year.

At present, except for the construction of the new plant area of Bosen Mould Co., Ltd., in the other unused land plots of Huangyan Intelligent Mould Town, the other three plants are also in full swing. The total site area is 108 mu. It is expected that all of them will be available in the first half of next year.
